The Leaks says that:

• As Pixel 3 was not so successful, because of its weird big notch. Unlike Pixel 3, Pixel 4 XL will come with a punch-hole display. The screen design is inspired by Samsung S10. 
• Pixel 4 will have a dual rear camera, which will be best at its time, as all Pixel phones have the best camera at the time of release.
• The rear camera setup will be 12.3 megapixels f/1.7 main camera and 16 megapixels f/2.4 ultra wide-angle  
• Pixel 4 XL will have a dual front camera and Pixel 4 will have a single front camera.
• The front camera setup will be of dual 8 megapixels for 4 XL and one 8 megapixels for Pixel 4.
• It also says that Pixel 4 will have In-display finger-print.
• The display of Pixel 4 will be manufactured by Samsung as they produce the best display. Pixel 4 will have an OLED display.
• This phone will have the latest processor. The processor may be Snapdragon 865.
• There will be two front-facing Stereo speakers.
• There will be no headphone jack.
• It will run on Android Q, which will be the latest one.
• The battery for Pixel 4 will be 3,100 mAh and for 4 XL will be 3,800mAh with fast charging and also with wireless charging.
• Rumor is also that it will have reverse charging.
• It will have a type-C port.
• Dual Sim, there will be no expandable memory. 
• It will come in two variants i,e. 64 GB and 128 GB storage. 
• The price of Pixel 4 will be $799and 4 XL will be $899.
