Display:
The display of both phones is very much similar. Realme X comes with a 6.53FHD+ AMOLED display and Redmi K20 comes with 6.39 FHD+ AMOLED display. The display size of Realme X is bigger than the K20 and also supports HDR, both have the same resolution that is 1080 x 2340 pixels. The Realme X have the 394 PPI and K20 have 403 PPI.
Performance:
The biggest difference in the performance is the processor of both phones. The Realme X comes with the Snapdragon 710 and Redmi K20 comes with Snapdragon 730. The chipset of K20 is better than the chipset of Realme X. Again the camera of this phone has some difference in the setup, but the primary camera of both the phone is very similar(very identical). Realme X has a dual-camera setup with 48-MP(f/1.7) primary camera IMX 586 sensor + 5-MP(f/2.4) depth sensor whereas K20 has a triple camera setup with 48-MP(f/1.75) primary camera IMX 582 sensor + 13-MP(f/2.4) ultra-wide + 8-MP((f/2.4) telephoto. Both support HDR shooting mode. On the front, both have a pop-up camera, Realme X has a 16-MP(f/2.0) front camera and K20 has a 20-MP(f/2.2).

The battery in Realme X is of 3765 mAh which is smaller than the battery of K20 which is of 4000mAh. Both the phone comes with a fast charger in the box, but Realme X comes with VOOC 3.0 charger which supports 20-watt charging and K20 comes with an 18-watt fast charger. Both phones have a type-C port.
Storage:
Realme X has two variants that are 4GB and 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. K20 also has two variant that is 6GB of RAM and 64GB and 128GB storage. Both the phones don't have expandable memory.

The biggest factor to buy any phone is the price. The price of Realme X if lesser than the K20 buy Rs 5,000.
